Commuting Guests and Dining Access

All guests must use a meal card or wristband to enter the dining halls. Commuting guests who are not staying overnight can still access meals by paying with a credit or debit card at the door.

Guest Meal Cards (for Commuters)

If you’d like a more convenient option, you can pre-order Guest Meal Cards for your commuting participants. These cards are loaded in advance and only charge for the meals actually used. Any charges will be reflected on your final bill.

Pack Outs and Catering

Meals in the Dining Commons can be exchanged for pack outs (sack meals) and catering or banquet functions with advanced notice. Additional charges may apply for deliveries and upgrades.
